A member asked:

What can i do if my shoulder is unstable: it partially dislocates on a daily basis. what do i do?

Evaluation First: Great question. First you should see an orthopedic surgeon to advise you on whether this is the sort of dislocation that can benefit from physical therapy. If so, then a physical therapy program to strengthen the rotator cuff muscles may help keep the ball centered in its socket and relieve the feeling of instability. In a few months i will post an informational page on shoulder instability.
