See an OB/GYN: And do this fairly soon. Although not an emergency, urgent evaluation and management will be appropriate. This cannot be assessed without a full history and physical examination and perhaps imaging studies, and should be done by the ob/gyn doctor with whom you are familiar. Good luck.
