A member asked:

How will i know what does a stratched sclera look and feel like?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Red, painful: Actually it is rare to scratch the sclera since it is underneath a layer of transparent conjunctiva which usually receives the scratch. There will be redness, swelling and sometimes bleeding with a fresh scratch. If you have done this you should see an ophthalmologist quickly to rule out deeper injury and things that might threaten the vision.
