Good question: Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) generally improves concentration, so it should improve memory because you'd be able to focus better. However, sometimes Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) increases anxiety, and that could cause a memory issues. Speak to your physician to sort that through. Hope this answer helped.
