Not likely: Most color blind people have trouble with reds and greens. If you had blue-yellow colorblindness (rare), you would see gray instead of blue. You likely just perceive colors a little different than someone else. Colorblind people cannot distinguish certain colors at all. For example, they see no difference between green and brown.
