Do you think that i could have to be naked for acupuncture?

No: When doing specific points, some parts of the body will need to be uncovered to access. However, in those cases, i lay a sheet over the person & the needled area for privacy. Wearing appropriate attire will acupuncture much easier. Gym clothes are often good, or sports bra, shorts etc.

No: Most important, and safer, acupuncture points are reachable with just loose clothing on.
