Used in combination with a wellness program, I have found that the need for pharmaceuticals drop off to a trickle. Acupressure is powerful too.

That depends: It depends on what type of treatment you are receiving. Five gates, kaufman's cocktail and the auricular trauma protocol are particularly good for relaxation.
