Stretches: Generally a charley horse refers to a bad cramp. Usually these are short-lived and will resolve spontaneously. If they are recurrent or persistent, you can try stretches, massage, and anti-inflammatory meds. Keep yourself hydrated and eat a banana a day (to keep your potassium up) until it improves.
