Nasal fracture: These are certainly signs of a broken nose. A broken nose is a clinical diagnosis. Best to be seen and evaluated to make sure. If the nose is broken, there are several treatments that can be explored including observation, closed nasal reduction and surgery. It really depends on how bad the nose is broken and whether you have nasal obstruction or a significant nasal deformity.
