What is the main problem of 10 months pregnancy? what is the concern?

THE IDEAL TIME TO DE: Deliver is 39-40 weeks gestation according to a very large recent study, all of my pts are delivered by their due date, once you go past, risk of placental insufficiency, cord accident like stangulation, decreased amniotic fluid, placental abruption and thick meconium fluid causing aspiration and macrosomia all go way up so more chance for fetal death or brain damage or shoulder dystocia !
