Not realy: Primary bone cancer count 2-3% of all the cancer in the body. This means if there 100 cases of cancer about 2% of them form bone.?

No and Yes: Cancer that starts in the bone (osteosarcoma or chondrosarcoma) is rare. However, many cancers - esspecially common ones like breast, prostate, and lung may spread to the bone.
