Nothing!: The white blood cells in your urine could have come from your bladder, but could have also come off your vagina, skin, or other areas when you urinated. No bacteria on culture = no infection. You could have a vaginal infection, though, so if you have itching, discharge, pain, redness, soreness, or other vaginal complaints, talk to your ob/gyn.
