Reduce stress....: Through sleep, good diet, and exercise. Find out causes of stress like new job, moving into new house, menstrual cycle and reduce or remove these sources of stress. Eat well, sleep well, and exercise a little bit when stress loads are heavy. This should help reduce the frequency and extent of the cankers.
