See a md or dds: Red spots need immediate attention and possibly biopsied.

Of course: All forms of tobacco including dipping can cause cancer. Whether it's merely inflamed, irritated, bruised or an early tissue change that is or may develop into a cancerous growth, please stop dipping. Be smart and take this as a warning sign and wakeup call. Get it looked at as request a full head and neck cancer screening from your general dentist or an oral surgeon.
