Talk to her: Tell her that you are concerned about her well being and that you've noticed things that seem to fit with your concern. If you can let her know that resources are available to help and that you want to support her. Do not push her to "admit" there is a problem and do not be surprised or upset if she denies it. But your caring intervention can be an important first step.
