Depends: Skin lesions have a variety of shapes, colors and sizes. Worrisome things are usually dark with irregular borders and are growing. Most red spots are not malignant and are usually vascular in nature. You need to show a lesion on your skin to your dermatologist to determine if it is a problem or not.
