Is there a cure for colic?

Usually: I believe that infantile colic has a cause, which if identified can be corrected. Examples are formula intolerences, hidden acid reflux and mechanical feeding problems.99% of coliky behavior is correctable.

No: Colic, once other things like gerd, or mil k protein intolerance have been ruled out, occurs between 3 weeks of age to generally about 3 months of age. If it lasts longer than that, then it probably isn't colic. Colic is an immature neurological system problem. Rhythmic soothing like rocking your baby is helpful.
