Shock different type: If you are sick with an illness, like an infection with a bacteria that causes blood vessels to dilate and cannot contract properly, volume of your blood is not effective to bring it to your heart. So heart cannot pump enough blood to vital organ like heart itself and brain and kidneys. Blood pressure goes down one can collapse, unable to stand up. Similar problem can happen from dehydration.
