Jock itch: There are over-the-counter remedies such as Lamisil (terbinafine) & lotrimin, applied twice a day for at least 10 days . Prescription medications for more severe rash can include Oxistat topical, or oral medications such as Diflucan also, bathe daily, stay dry, don't share personal items, treat athlete's foot if present, and stay cool.
