3-4 weeks: If you are asking about the donor site, using modern moist wound care (air is bad for open wounds), then about 3-4 weeks for it to grow new skin. If the site the graft was placed, then it depends on where the graft was placed, how much did it move during healing, size of the graft and many factors. Even so, plan on 3-4 weeks for "complete" healing.
