Symptommatic: In most cases skull fractures will heal over time without any specific intervention. If this is the case for your fracture, then simple conservative care will suffice - ice initially to minimize swelling, pain meds as needed, and, of course, avoiding any contact/impact at the area of the fracture.

Not much unless: There are complicating factors such as a depressed fracture or epidural or subdural hematoma.These need immediate attention. If none displaced & no neurological symptoms can b observed closely. 4 any alterations in behavior. U should b under the care of a neurologist.
