Bruising: In the setting of leukemia where the leukemia cells are occupying the bone marrow space- production of normal blood cells would be severely diminished. Thus one can be presented with spontaneous bruising /bleeding as the result of low platelet levels. However, if one is easily bruising- it does not mean that one has leukemia. Many other conditions can cause easy bruising as well. Go get checked.
