How can i restrain myself from sexual intercourse?

It depends: Do you want to resist all sexual intercourse as in becoming celibate (e.g. For being a priest) or do you mean you want to have less and/or healthier sexual intercourse? If you mean the second, then i recommend you consult with a therapist who works with compulsive sexual acting out. If you feel that sex is all bad, i suggest you talk about that with psychologist too. Be well, .
