Yes: Yes, these are different medications with different pharmacology so can be taken at the same time. Be careful with tylenol (acetaminophen) since it is contained in many products - the maximum recommended daily dose is 4, 000 mg a day (to avoid liver damage), but there has been movement to reduce that daily maximum to 3, 000 mg a day.
