A good hand gripper!: A hand gripper made out of rubber or polyurethane lets you squeeze as hard or soft as you want. Not the hard plastic ones that bend at an angle with spring coil at the top. Avoid these. But the square soft gripper is for everyone, helps hand and forearm muscles and is least likely to hurt!
