A member asked:

How can an injury cause heterochromia?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Heterochromia: Injury to the eye can cause focal damage to the iris-- in the traumatized area, the local muscle damage can cause the iris to lose pigment, thus causing heterochromia. There are also inherited causes of heterochromia.
