Multiple: Iris lighter: uveitis or iritis, congenital horner's syndrome, fuchs heterochromic iridocyclitis, and rarely metastatic tumor, jxg and waarednberburg syndrome. Iris darker: iris nevus, diffuse iris nevus, ocular melanocytosis, hemosiderosis, retained intraocular foreign body, siderosis, ocular malignant melanoma; rarely leukemia, retinoblastoma, lymphoma and some fuchs heterochromic iridocyclitis.
