Can be benign: Holmes-adie syndrome describes folks who have life-long pupillary and reflex responses which are aberrant but not indicative of any future disease. Knee reflexes can be affected by lumbar stenosis, and peripheral neuropathy, but if you do not suffer back or leg pain, numbness or weakness, there is no cause for concern.
