Real science: I would only accept a diagnosis of intestinal parasites if it were made by a competent lab on a stool specimen. There are many websites that suggest that huge numbers of people in the developed world are sick primarily because of parasites that evidence-based medicine isn't finding. I don't believe this and would urge you to be skeptical as well.
