Possibly: Most doctors will have you avoid any elective chemicals during pregnancy, especially the first trimester. 1% hydrogen peroxide is a very very mild whitening agent. Probably not very effective. It may also cause a little sensitivity if you are experiencing pregnancy gingivitis. It probably isn't harmful, but with so little to gain, i would assume use a different toothpaste for now.

Better to be safe: I would recommend to use an organic toothpaste like toms of maine. The mouthwash should be without alcohol. Although there are no large scale studies to show any harm to the developing baby but it is better to be safe especially during the first trimester.

No evidence: There is no documented evidence that using toothpaste of any sort that has theada seal is a problem during pregnancy.
