Watch your diet: Watch for the foods which cause your symptoms typically raw food, vegetables, fresh fruits, wheat and dairy specially if you are lactose intolerant. Over eating is also a common cause. There is not a single answer to this. Try staying away from such foods and try over the counter probiotics. I would recommend seeing a gastroenterologist for further eval.
