Long-term anxiety: It is possible to be anxious at some level for that long, but the intensity would generally be waxing and waning. You would have had to sleep at least some over this time, which would have required at least some relative relaxation -- even if not complete. Please know help is available for anxiety problems, and that it can be effective. Psychiatrists and psychologists are well trained to assist.
