Usually nothing: If u are healthy the benefits like no pregnancy outweigh any possible side effects but you could take the pills for yrs and should normally have no long side effects and the pill prevents you from getting ovarian cysts and if u take the pill 5 yrs or longer it markedly lowers your risk of ovarian cancer.
