Hmm: Not likely, but possible. If it is significantly on the inside of the lip not likely. Even if it is closer, it will not likely change appearance. However, if it is big and there is a lot of dissection, the scar tissue might change the appearance slightly.

Depends: It'll be surgeon dependent and you'll need to speak to your surgeon in pakistan what their preference of excision of cyst on lip. Typically, there shouldn't be a large defect especially with the size seen in your photo. Hope that helps.
