Is it the same type: Of ct? There are many different ct protocols, or "rules", that allow radiologists to better evaluate some organs or conditions. The generic ct is great for emergencies and to generally review all of the organs and tissues in the area imaged. However, using contrast differently, with different timing during or after contrast injection, can better image specific organs such as the liver or bowels.

Different: It sounds like you had a ct and other tests of different areas. This sounds more like a ct of the pelvis. You may not have had this looked at yet.
