1 year old: Although this seems scary, usually people have leg length discrepency where one leg is longer or shorter than the other without pathologic consequences. Most children grow out of it and can compensate without any problems. If your child is not meeting her developmental landmarks, see her physician for evaluation. Hope this helps.
