What is pressotherapy and is it effective?

Not evidence-based: Consider a competent massage therapist instead. This is a machine that's offered at enema parlors, etc. Consists of inflatable cuffs that push on body parts, so it can be "individualized" and appear to require special knowledge. Claims to remove cellulite, "detoxify", promote the flow of lymph. Explanations ("external pressure to promote the flow of blood") reveal the scientific illiteracy.
