Discharge: Discharge is common in pregnancy women. In your case, concern would be raised of premature labor. In that case, women usually experience a gush of fluid coming out of their vagina especially when sneezing or coughing or bearing down. Frequently, soon after this happens, contractions begin. I am not sure how your doc determined it was ok for you, but i cannot tell you more without asking more ?
