Tough to say: It is really hard to diagnose rashes over the computer. Ring worm often has a raised border with centralized clearing, and can be itchy if that helps, but definitive diagnosis would be made by letting a dr. Take a look at the rash, best wishes.

Maybe ringworm: Or maybe something else. Like most rashes, this is difficult to diagnose without laying eyes on it. If it persists or becomes troublesome, have a doctor look at it for diagnosis and treatment.
