No: Delays in periods can be due to hormonal fluxuations and can be random that way. They can also be due to extremes of weight, like being extremely thin or overweight/obese. The thyroid and pituitary gland can also play a role. But healthy eating is definitely recommended and would not be a reason for delay in period.
