Once a year?: A woman with cycles shorter than 29 days (shorter than 1 month) will likely have 1 ovulation per month during the year, but have 2 ovulations during one month of the year (since she has about 13 cycles a year). If pregnant, a urine test will be positive about 3 weeks after sex (after presumed conception) or 1 week after missing a period.

Check a test : Anytime you think you might be pregnant the easiest thing to do is to check a pregnancy test. I would not think so since your last period was less than a month ago. Usually we do not suspect pregnancy until someone misses their period.
