Hmmm?: It's hard to say without an exam. Sometimes women have sebaceous cysts in the vagina, these are benign but they can be hard and filled with whitish material. Most vaginal tissue is pink, so i would need to look to see what you are referring to. You do have some glands in the vagina, most notably the Bartholin's gland and the skene's gland. Maybe see another doc if you're not satisfied?
