Urgent : 104f fever for 4 days has to be thoroughly evaluated. Please take her to the nearest er or your doctor's office. Most important thing is find out cause of this persistently high fever. I hope she is taking enough fluids.

You are doing well.: Tylenol (acetaminophen) and Ibuprofen work differently, you should administer one medication, followed three hours later by the other medication; thus giving a different medication to lower fever every 3 hours. Hydration through her regular formula/breast milk is also important. Do not use water/juice. Hydrate so that she wets her diaper every 4 hours. If fever persists through day 4, she should see her doctor.
