Stress to your Body: When you exercise you are stressing your body to make it build more muscle, burn more sugars and fats and build up more strength. When you are ill your body is already under great stress. It is working overtime to fight off infection or to heal. Adding more stress to a stressed out body is the opposite of healthy.
