U ovulate 14 days be: Before the end of your cycle so if u have 28 day cycles u ovulate on day 14 so, u start counting on the first day of your bleeding so u should start the kit which should have 5 days on the 12 the day of your cycle that will check days 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 so it should catch it if u are ovulating.
