False Pregnancy test: Yes, but only early on. More than one negative makes it harder and harder statistically to be false as long as you have waited the appropriate amount of time after sexual activity to test.

DEFINITELY: False negatives are possible. If it is too early for implantation of maybe even if it is an ectopic pregnancy. The false positives are the ones that are rare!
