As above : Even though he used the pullout method sometimes semen can escape un intentionally , if u don't want to be pregnant make sure u do the right thing.

Yes: Even the withdrawal method has a failure rate so anytime sexual intercourse occurs, pregnancy can result. The pre-ejaculate at the tip of the penis has the highest concentration of live sperm, which is why this method has a higher failure rate than other birth control methods. The spotting does not really have anything to do with this.
