In many: women periods are relatively the same as to bleeding amounts=# pads or tampons/day and the 3 days..in others periods can vary in amount , "thickness' and length ....BOTH WOMEN ARE NORMAL .. If by "watery" you mean less BLOOD ou might get your IRON checked!! Just a thought Hope this answer is helpful Dr Z
