Atarax (hydroxyzine): Atarax (hydroxyzine) or Hydroxyzine is the 1st generation antihistamine, which also has anticholinergic property, which causes dry mouth, drowsy and dizziness among other things. It has not been reported to cause memory loss but drowsiness may make to refer it to memory loss.

Possible: Has anticholinergic side effects, which could potentially affect memory. If not critical, you could place on hold and see of this is side effect. Do this approach under supervision of your doctor.
