Is male infertility permant when on diaylsis for a year?

Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility 35 years experience
Semen analysis: Infertility means that you have been trying for a year without success, and male infertility is when that is due to the male partner. Most infertility is not permanent and can be treated. The first step is to have your semen tested to see if there is any issue. Not everyone on dialysis has infertility.
